Researching for a life without cancer with Marvin

We welcome the German Cancer Research Center as a new customer.

The German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), based in Heidelberg, is one of the largest oncological research institutions in Europe. The mission of the DKFZ “Research for a life without cancer” is intended to help understand the reasons and mechanisms behind the development and progression of cancer and to evolve new strategies for prevention, early detection, diagnosis and treatment through innovative, translational research. As part of a public EU tender, the DKFZ Heidelberg decided in favor of the eClinical software provider XClinical. Over the next six years, the DKFZ’s clinical trials will be carried out with the Marvin EDC solution.

Julia Ritzerfeld, Project Management Clinical Trials Office, DKFZ, Heidelberg:

“With Marvin we decided on an EDC system that optimally supports data acquisition in our complex oncological studies.”

“We are proud to be able to support the DKFZ in the fight against cancer and look forward to working with them. With our eClinical software solution Marvin we can increase the data quality and significantly shorten the time required for data acquisition in oncology studies. “

David Renzelmann (EvidentIQ, Executive Director Business Development EMEA & APAC)

XClinical Marvin EDC is CDISC-ODM certified since 2007 and complies with relevant regulatory requirements of FDA and EMA, 21 CFR Part 11 and ICH-GCP.
